如果这个店在成都，我相信不比什么小龙坎，大宅门差。还没到洪雅，朋友就告知提前已预定位置说今天吃火锅，吃他们本地很牛逼的火锅，当时心里就觉得洪雅有啥好吃的火锅嘛，因为在成都经常吃火锅，以至于觉得洪雅的火锅不可能怎么样。结果，喜出望外，这家店生意太火了，竟然还排队，县城能排队，不可思议。锅底非常特色，辣而不攻心，麻而不涩口，满满的牛油醇香感，以我个人而言，口味在成都的话都绝对是顶尖水准。毛肚超牛，竟然能从嘴里感受到的鲜。友人说这家店的毛肚都是当地屠户当天供的鲜毛肚，怪不得，比成都的那些所谓的鲜毛肚好吃n倍。鲜切牛肉，哈哈哈，吃过潮汕牛肉的都懂得。酥肉太入味了，越肥的越香，朋友说除了这里洪雅就没有这种酥肉，是么。其它的懒得写了，我们5个人才吃310元，还喝了啤酒，是挺公道，算是做到了可口不贵。哎，遗憾的是在县城，还是高手在民间啊。
